Order Processing

At kerahaus, we prioritize swift order handling. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST are typically dispatched on the same business day. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number.

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates from the dispatch date and may be subject to slight delays during high-volume periods.

International Shipping

kerahaus ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you do not see a tracking update within 3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to our support team. We are here to ensure your shipment reaches you smoothly.

Address Changes

Address modifications must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. To request a change, email us with your order number and the corrected shipping address. While we do our best to accommodate changes made within this window, we cannot guarantee adjustments after 1 hour has elapsed.
